Skye Canyon is again listed on both the RCLCO’s Annual Best-Selling Master-Planned Communities Report and John Burns Real Estate Consulting’s Top 50 Master-Planned Communities List for 2020
Skye Canyon, the award-winning master-planned community, finished 2020 with strong sales despite the global pandemic. The pace of new home sales in Skye Canyon shows a year-over-year increase, once again ranking it among the top 50 bestselling master-planned communities in the nation. The impressive sales were noted by RCLCO Real Estate Advisors on its 2020 annual Best-Selling Master-Planned Communities Report and were included by John Burns Real Estate Consulting (JBREC) on its 2020 Top 50 Master-Planned Communities list. Both reports were recently issued.

JBREC used sales data to structure this year’s list along with interviewing industry contacts. Real estate consulting firm RCLCO releases its top-selling master-planned community report twice per year.
