Skye Canyon kicked off 2019 in good style, according to nearly 350 home shoppers who were buzzing about the style, storage, and modern design of new model homes by Lennar Homes at ‘First Look’ on Saturday, Jan. 19, 2019. The grand opening of Woodlands by Lennar Homes saw people of all ages exploring features of three two-story floor plans ranging in size from 2,163 to 2,704 square feet with three to four bedrooms, priced from the mid $300s.
Both the Bonnie and Camdyn models, include spacious living areas, brightly lit walk-in closets, two-car garages, and must-have smart home capabilities to help simplify busy lives, and indoor/outdoor living features. Woodlands is Lennar’s first neighborhood in Skye Canyon.
“I checked out the models with my wife and kids and enjoyed the layouts,” said Joel Rios of Las Vegas. “I want that office space,” he said. Floorplans at Woodlands consider modern family living, incorporating private work-at-home space, generous closets, and open kitchens that make entertaining a breeze.
The model homes at Woodlands offer sweeping mountain views, so shoppers could easily imagine being a part of Skye Canyon’s active lifestyle that includes resident-only programming such as hiking and skiing excursions, yoga and meditation classes at Skye Fitness, and fun family events like Trivia Night at Skye Center.
