First Look Phase 2 at Skye Canyon is June 23, 2018
Just in time for summer, Skye Canyon unveils the latest offerings from four homebuilders during First Look Phase 2 on Saturday, June 23 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The public is invited to join the fun including a chance to win great prizes like a Disneyland Park Hopper four-pack and tour model homes by Pardee Homes, Pulte Homes, Richmond American Homes, and Woodside Homes.
At First Look Phase 2 guests will find out why Skye Canyon was named on the John Burns Real Estate Consulting’s 2017 Top 50 Master-Planned Communities in the US. Shoppers will find an assortment of open floor plans featuring indoor and outdoor living spaces, the signature of the Skye Canyon life. For those visiting Skye Canyon for the first time, be sure to drop by Skye Center, the community’s social hub that is our residents’ favorite place to connect with family and friends. Grab a coffee and enjoy the patio and stunning view of the Spring Mountains. Skye Center also offers interactive home-finding tools that make house-hunting a breeze.
It wouldn’t be a Skye Canyon First Look event without a grand giveaway. Guests can enter the Skye Canyon Passport to Win contest by visiting model homes and collecting four stickers from homebuilders. In addition to the Disneyland Park Hopper four-pack, prizes include Wet & Wild four-pack season passes, REI summer gear, two rounds of golf for four at Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort, and five $50 Smith’s Marketplace gift cards.

Solitude offers three floor plans ranging from1,959-2,462 sq. ft. starting in the high $300s.

Rainier offers four floor plans ranging from 1,740-1,990 sq. ft. starting in the low $300s.
Richmond American Homes
Acadia offers four floor plans ranging from 1,470-1,800 sq. ft. starting in the high $200s.
Woodside Homes
Pinyon Chase offers four floor plans ranging from 1,693 -2,156 sq. ft. starting in the low $300s.
