Century Communities will be opening models for two neighborhoods, Whisper Peak and Alpine Crossings
Century Communities’ First Look event, an unveiling of Whisper Peak and Alpine Crossings neighborhoods, is Saturday, Jan. 23, 2016 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. A fun experience for the entire family, guests can tour Century Communities’ first model home offerings at Skye Canyon and enjoy food, music and prize giveaways. Century is the third homebuilder to open model homes at Skye Canyon, a 1,700-acre master-planned community in Northwest Las Vegas.
Century Communities’ neighborhoods are located near Eagle Canyon Park, which opens in late February 2016 and features a turf field, splash pad, playground, picnic area, and lighted basketball court. Whisper Peak includes four two-story model home offerings with 3-5 bedrooms and seven different floor plans ranging from 1,731-2,870 sq. ft. that start in the $200s. Alpine Crossings features both one and two-story homes ranging from 2,169-3,528 sq. ft. with 3-6 bedrooms starting in the $300s. Buyers can choose from three-floor plans that include amenities such as standard covered patios. Both neighborhoods offer paver driveways and walkways, stainless steel appliances, maple cabinetry and granite countertops in gourmet kitchens.

Also located at Skye Canyon Park will be Skye Fitness, a 9,663-square-foot fitness facility that will include state-of-the-art equipment, a juice bar, a junior Olympic swimming pool, and other amenities.
