Skye Canyon, a 1,700-acre master-planned community in northwest Las Vegas is included on the most recent Top Selling 50 Master-Planned Communities list by John Burns Real Estate Consulting (JBREC). Skye Canyon’s official grand opening was in March 2016 and its year over year growth checks in at 93 percent. According to JBREC, it is rare for a master-planned community to be included on its list so early in its lifecycle.

In 2017, the company examined 370 master-planned communities to develop the esteemed ranking.
