According to the RCLCO Real Estate Advisors Top-Selling Master-Planned Communities Mid-Year 2018 list that was released earlier this week, Skye Canyon ranks no. 17 in the country. The award-winning master-planned community in northwest Las Vegas moves up 30 spots from its 2017 year-end ranking having sold 284 new-homes through June 2018.
The news comes just after Skye Canyon launched its second phase of residential development along with the Skye Canyon Marketplace featuring Smith’s Marketplace.
RCLCO is a real estate advisory and consulting firm focusing on property investment, planning, and business development. The firm releases its top-selling master-planned community rankings twice per year; the mid-year list ranks homes sold through June 30. Other master-planned communities in the Las Vegas Valley named on the list include Summerlin, Inspirada, and Cadence.
