Bird Watching at Floyd Lamb Park

Floyd Lamb Park at Tule Springs, located just 2 miles from Skye Canyon, is home to lush vegetation and lakes making it the ideal spot for bird watching. With the help of the Red Rock Audubon Society, Skye Canyon residents learned how to spot birds native to the area as well as identify their calls. The mission of the society is to promote the enjoyment and protection of birds and other wildlife through recreation, education, conservation, and habitat enhancement in Southern Nevada. Thanks to our great birding leaders and residents for joining us on our first bird watching adventure.
