Low-Impact Cardio Strength

Join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm for a Low-Impact Cardio Strength Course.

Increase your heart rate while minimizing stress on your joints in this class where we alternate between cardio and strength training to increase overall calorie burn.
