Join us for Restorative Yoga Classes at Skye Fitness on Tuesdays at 10:00 am.
Restorative Yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It can help to improve flexibility and sleep, boost circulation, enhance mental focus, and promote relaxation.
All fitness levels welcome and all equipment is provided.
