Join us every Tuesday at 10am or Wednesday at 5pm for Yoga at Skye Fitness! A vinyasa based class that pairs breath with mindful movement flowing seamlessly from one pose to the next while building strength and flexibility in both body and mind. All levels are welcome. This class flows through the 3 mountains: warm up, work, and relaxation.
Yoga blocks, mats, & straps are provided.
