Vendor Registration

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Skye Canyon Vendor for Chalktoberfest!
All vendor registrations must be completed by Monday, October 3rd, 2022.

The cost of a vendor booth is $100, which will be directly donated to the Kline Veterans Fund, the Event’s benefiting charity. Sponsorship includes a 10×10 vendor space in the vendor village, where sponsor can distribute company related literature or branded material, and/or sell items.

APPLICATIONS:
Applications must be received by Monday, October 3, 2022 and vendors will be notified of their selection for the vendor booth via email by Monday, October 10, 2022.
BOOTH INFORMATION:
Booth spaces are 10’x10’. Vendors must stay within the perimeters of the assigned booth and avoid interference with other booth spaces. There are no guaranteed space locations.
Double booth spaces (20’x20’) may be available and must be arranged by the events coordinator events@olympiacompanies.com
Vendor space is on grass with limited electrical hookups available. All electrical needs will need to be communicated with the events coordinator.
Booths are non-transferable.
If sponsor/business contact is participating in both the race and vendor booth, the sponsor/business must ensure that the vendor booth is fully staffed and operational throughout the duration of the event.
All booths will be anchored but please keep in mind that wind can be a factor. Please plan accordingly for your displays.
