Strength Circuit Training
Skye FitnessThis class will focus on building strength and muscular endurance (with shorter resting periods) using dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, gliding discs, and own bodyweight.
Gentle Yoga
Skye FitnessThis class format will focus on slower stretches and alignment for safety and stability with coordination of breath. It will include movement and a practice of breathing exercises for mindfulness and focus.
Strength & Tone
Skye FitnessFull body conditioning class using weights, gliding discs and resistance bands. Bring water and a towel. All levels welcome. (limited 7 people)
